The RAF Ski and Snowboard Championships are held annually
during January in a European Ski Resort. The Championships
provide racing for skiers and boarders from Beginner to Expert.
In addition, instruction is available from the Local Ski School
free to all beginners (Service Personnel only) and
at a competitive price for all other standards. The Inter-Station
Champions (Team event) and the RAF Male and Female Individual
Champions are decided at the Championships, and the RAF Teams
for the Inter-Services Championships will be selected. Use
these pages to get updates on the Alpine Championships, Results
and Contact details. All files are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
format. All the files can printed and saved from screen, or
downloaded as compressed files in .zip format.
This is a replica of the version found
on the RAF intranet. The Intranet is the master site for all
information concerning the Championships. Due to security
restraints some details cannot be published on this site.
The full information can be found on the RAF Intranet version
of this site. To get to the RAFWSAA site on the RAF Intranet,
first select the RAF Portal home page. In the Sports and Pastimes
area select "Winter Sports" and then RAFWSAA from
the sub menu.
For those who do not have access to the RAF Intranet, send
your service details to the Admin
Chairman or Race
Chairman (as appropriate) and request paper copies.
